Account deletion

Guidance for testing, not a form that performs deletion. Do not enter your password on this website.

In the app, open Profile and find the account-deletion option. Read the confirmation before accepting. If you cannot access it, open a request in Help and support inside the app.

Once a deletion request is accepted by the service, new work stops, then account and file removal is processed in the background. See the draft privacy policy for current retention limits.

Deleting an account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel renewal separately through the store subscription settings.

Request deletion without signing into the app

Email socialstudioai.support@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion request — Social Studio AI”.

1. Preferably send from the email associated with your account. Include your account email and a clear request to delete the account and its associated data.
2. If you have lost access to that email, explain this without sending sensitive information; we will review a safe way to verify ownership.
3. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, or identity-document images.

Ahmed Mohamed reviews requests manually and verifies account ownership before taking action. Receiving an email does not automatically delete or block the account. After verification and acceptance, the service deletion process begins. Verification may need to be completed through the app instead of sharing secrets by email.

This website has no submission form; the link opens your email app and does not send automatically. No guaranteed completion deadline has been published yet. Retention limits are described in the draft privacy policy. The project remains in testing.
